🌞𝕄𝕪 𝔼𝕩𝕡𝕖𝕣𝕥𝕚𝕤𝕖: Since 2015, I have worked as an instructor in a fast-paced environment developing curriculum and learning experiences for a variety of individuals. I am passionate about creating courses that include interactive learning opportunities, graphics, and screencastify videos. I am versatile in providing learning opportunities for both in-person and virtual learning. In addition to my curriculum and development skills, I am skilled in developing soft skills in others. I am especially skilled at finding individuals' strengths and how they can help build the team's success.

🌱ℍ𝕠𝕨 𝕀 𝔻𝕠 𝕋𝕙𝕚𝕤: My process in creating effective learning experiences, is to focus on a growth mindset as well as backward design. I do this by first collaborating with a team in developing a needs analysis in order to determine what the outcome of the project is, and then assessing what steps we need to complete in order to get there. I then move forward with the design process while communicating with stakeholders about the needs of the project. I believe that developing a curriculum is a collaborative process that continues to grow and develop over time.

I believe in addressing learning opportunities for all by focusing on different thinking preferences such as structural, analytical, social, and conceptual. I do this by creating a curriculum that offers a step-by-step process, is backed by science and data, gives options for individuals to connect with each other, and ways for the learner to express their creativity. I like to use screencastify videos, infographics, and create situations for learners to develop their own critical thinking skills.

🌻𝕎𝕙𝕒𝕥 𝕄𝕒𝕕𝕖 𝕄𝕖 𝕎𝕙𝕠 𝕀 𝕒𝕞 𝕋𝕠𝕕𝕒𝕪: I have always been a hard-working individual that strives to find efficiency and high success for myself and my team. Through my careers in the performing arts, social-emotional learning, and as an educator, I found a passion for helping to give others the skills and confidence to promote their best selves. I feel fulfilled in my career when I can not only create a better system but empower those around me to continue to drive that success forward into other projects. I developed a passion for adult learning while mentoring student teachers and new teachers within our building.
